This return and refund policy indicates the terms of eligibility for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

How many days do I have to return my item?
We understand that you might change your mind about your purchase. As such, you can return any item ordered free of charge, within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day window starts on the day you receive the item at your delivery location.
If you pass that date, we offer an extra 14 days to return the item in exchange for a coupon valid for one month.
To notify us of your intent to return, please contact our customer support team by email.
Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 14 days to send back the item from the date of your return notification to us.
Please let us know of the reason for the return or exchange.
Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?
We offer easy returns for all orders except holiday items less than 14 days before the holiday. Please be sure to order the correct item (type, size, etc.), as we only pay return shipping if we are in error or if the item is damaged. If you want a refund or to exchange for a different size or item, you must pay return shipping.
What type of refund can I expect?
If you return your order within the return window mentioned above (14 days after you receive the item), we will refund your order using your original method of payment. If you return your order during the extended return period (between 15 and 28 days after delivery), we’ll gladly issue you a gift card or store credit.
When will I receive my refund?
Typically, you can expect to receive your refund within 7 days of when we receive your refund request. Your wait time may be longer if we haven’t received the item back from you.
How much will the refund be?
The refund will cover your order amount including shipping cost.
We may not refund the full shipping cost for orders that are partially returned.
